Smart Skill Iron Construction Company owns an advanced factory equipped with the latest technologies and industrial equipment that enable it to implement iron projects with high efficiency and international quality. The factory operates according to an integrated production system, starting from the cutting and cutting stage, through assembly and welding, then surface treatment with sandblast (sandblasting) and painting work, all the way to the packaging and loading stage to ensure that products reach project sites with the highest levels of safety and quality.

All stages are supervised by specialized engineers and technicians to ensure the highest standards of accuracy, durability, and adherence to locally and internationally approved technical specifications. Cutting and cutting section

The shearing and cutting section is the first stage in the manufacturing process, where the raw materials (steel sheets, sections, pipes) are prepared with extreme precision according to the engineering plans of the project.
The department includes modern equipment for laser cutting, plasma cutting, and hydraulic sawing, ensuring dimensional accuracy and complete consistency between all produced parts.

Department capabilities:

  • Cutting sheets and iron sections with high precision according to CAD drawings.

  • Use CNC technologies to achieve the highest levels of dimensional control.

  • Check measurements and verify conformity to specifications before moving to the assembly stage.

 

Assembly Department

In this section the cut pieces are assembled to form the basic steel structures.
A dedicated team works with precision fasteners (Jigs & Fixtures) that ensure correct angles and complete straightness of all components are maintained before welding.s

Department capabilities:

  • Assembling columns, beams, bridges, and metal platforms.

  • Use assembly platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy between parts.

  • Careful technical review before delivering the parts to the welding department.

  • Apply strict quality control standards at every step.

 

Welding Department

The welding department is considered one of the most important stages of production, as it combines and assembles parts to become integrated and strong structures.
The factory relies on multiple technologies including MIG / MAG/TIG / SMAW, and employs certified welders who apply the highest safety and quality standards.

Department capabilities:

  • Implement all types of welds (angular, strip, filling) according to international standards AWS and ISO.

  • Weld quality inspection using VT, MPI and UT technologies.

  • Apply precise procedures to control thermal deformations during welding.

  • Prepare detailed reports for each welding joint to document quality.

 

Sandblasting iron processing department

This section is used to remove rust, oils, and old coatings from metal surfaces, and prepare them for the final coating stage.
Sandblasting ensures a clean, rough surface with the right degree of paint adhesion perfectly, which increases the life of the product and its resistance to environmental factors.

Department capabilities:

  • Implementation of slapping to different degrees (Sa2 – Sa2.5 – Sa3) according to NACE/SSPC standards.

  • Use closed systems to reduce dust and improve environmental safety.

  • Check the surface quality after curing before moving on to painting.

  • Preparing technical reports documenting the condition of surfaces before and after treatment.

 

Painting Works Department

In this section, metal structures are coated after curing to ensure they are protected from rust and corrosion.
The company uses advanced painting systems, including epoxy, polyurethane, and zinc-rich paints, and the work is carried out according to project specifications and environmental requirements (marine, industrial, or civil).

Department capabilities:

  • Implement multi-layer coating systems for maximum protection.

  • Test paint thickness and adhesion according to ISO standards.

  • Use electric spraying techniques to obtain a homogeneous distribution.

  • Dry the paint in rooms designated for quality assurance.

 

Packaging and Loading Department

The last stage of the production line where structures and products are packaged to protect them during transportation and storage.
Packaging materials and loading method are selected based on the type of project and means of transportation (land, sea, or air).

Department capabilities:

  • Packaging with synthetic nylon, wood, and metal strips.

  • Safe loading using equipped cranes and trucks.

  • Secure structures to wooden or metal bases to avoid vibrations.

  • Opposites of Shen Masila reports (packing list – lifting points – center of gravity).
